Accommodation prices in the Jagdschloss resort, hotel, and apartment house vary according to travel time and room type. In the Hotel Jagdschloss, in the Kühtaier-Hof and the Klein & Kultig-rooms as well as the Schneckenhaus rooms, you have the choice between overnight accommodation including breakfast or half board.

In the apartments of the 3-Seenhaus you can also book an overnight stay only and, thanks to the built-in kitchenettes, you can even cater for yourself.

 Overnight stay including breakfast

In winter: Rich breakfast buffet in the Jagdschloss with healthy vitality corner, homemade jams, fresh juices and generous egg dish selection à la carte. Enjoy your gourmet breakfast comfortably and extensively from 7:30 to 10:30 am.
In summer: Cosy breakfast in the restaurant in the 3-Seenhaus.

Overnight stay with half board during winter season (dinner)

Delicious gourmet dinners, themed buffets, and evenings await you to pamper your palate in the most imperial way. We are happy to prepare vegan and allergy menus by appointment.

Coffee & tea

A Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle are available in your room or suite for fine coffee or tea pleasure in between. The initial equipment with coffee and tea is included. 

Book early and save 10% of the overnight price

 For guests who make it easier for us to plan their stay with early and binding booking, we offer a substantial discount of 10%. Prerequisite: The booking is made 42 days before arrival, is paid directly after booking, and cannot be changed.

Whoever enjoys at least 5 nights with us, benefits from the great arrangement savings rates. These bookings can be canceled or rebooked free of charge up to 3 weeks before arrival. Services booked in the arrangement cannot be changed.

Dogs

Our four-legged friends are only welcome in the flats in the 3-Seenhaus and in the Kühtaier-Hof. We charge € 21,- per dog and day (without food) for cleaning. Dogs are not allowed in the rooms of the Jagdschloss, in the restaurant or in the wellness area.

Linen change apartments

The prices of our apartments include the one-time supply of bed linen and towels as well as the final cleaning.

We are happy to offer additional services fpr apartment guests as follows:

Fresh towels for € 5,00/person

Intermediate cleaning:
€ 45,00 for small apartments up to 40 m²
€ 79,00 for larger apartments

Cancellation policy

We will inform you of the cancellation conditions when you make your booking. You can choose between tariffs that can be cancelled free of charge up to 21 days before arrival or special offers that cannot be cancelled after a booking has been made.

• Cancellation free of charge up to 21 days before the planned start of the trip.
• In case of a later cancellation the following fees apply: 90 % of the booked service

In case of an officially ordered closure of the border or hotel, you can cancel your bookings free of charge. We will then gladly rebook your deposit for your next stay or return the amount to you immediately. The cancellation rule displayed and confirmed at the time of booking always applies.

Hotel Cancellation Insurance Plus or Premium from Europäische Reiseversicherung AG

In order to save you trouble and costs, we recommend the hotel cancellation insurance policies of the Europäische Reiseversicherung AG for your safety during your holiday in Kühtai. In addition to the insurance of a chargeable, sickness-related cancellation before the start of your holiday, take your “personal guardian angel” with you, because something can always happen, especially on holiday. In contrast to many credit cards, the Europäische Reiseversicherung also pays for a mountain rescue including helicopter rescue up to 7,500 € in the Hotelstorno Premium and also reimburses the costs in case of early return home, late arrival or involuntary holiday extension. The included accident package also covers 100% of the costs of, for example, ambulance transport in the event of leisure accidents.
