Never before has the appreciation for our food been as high as in Corona times. Even in the first few weeks of the lock-down, farmers and processors have proven that they can safely supply us with everything we need every day.
We from the Jagdschloss Resort have joined the Culinary Network. With this we want to set an example for the regionality and origin of the food. We want to guarantee our guests that they are served fresh products.
This is a quality & origin assurance system, according to the motto “From the region – for the region – into the world”.
Since January 2020 the nationally recognised and EU notified quality and origin assurance system has been in force. Companies along the value chain can participate in it on a voluntary basis.
With the quality and origin assurance system of the Culinary Network, we guarantee our guests the regional origin of the food, a high product and processing quality, the strengthening of regional supply and value-added chains, climate-friendly, short transport routes and the always fresh preparation of the food.
